PE6 occupies a particular place in the Penis Envy family: it is the one people reach for when they want the PE look without the PE headaches. Widely described as a later-generation selection out of the original Penis Envy line, it holds onto the traits that made PE famous — the thick, weighty stems, the dense squat form, the unmistakable silhouette — while behaving far more predictably than its parent.
The original Penis Envy is notorious for two things: producing very few spores, and testing the patience of anyone working with it. PE6 answers both. It is reported to sporulate considerably more readily than standard PE, and it develops on a more reliable timeline, which is precisely why it has become one of our highest-moving cubensis varieties.
This listing is the isolated version. Where our multi-spore PE6 Spore Syringe carries a mixed spore population with natural variation across it, this syringe is narrowed to a single selected genetic line. Every specimen traces back to the same genetics, so what you record on one slide is what you will see on the next.

Isolated vs Multi-Spore — What’s the Difference?
A multi-spore syringe holds spores from an entire print: thousands of distinct genetic combinations suspended together. That variety is interesting in its own right, but no two samples from it are quite alike.
An isolate is the opposite approach. A single genetic line has been selected out and stabilized, so the population in the syringe is uniform. For comparative work, for building a reference library, or for anyone documenting a strain properly, that consistency is the entire point — it removes the variable so you can study everything else.

Every syringe is filled under ISO-7 cleanroom conditions using laminar flow, suspended in sterile distilled water, then sealed, labeled, and batch-tested for sterility before it ships. Nothing leaves the lab without being triple-checked for contamination.
Storage & Handling
Store between 36°F and 46°F in a cool, dark place. Properly stored isolated syringes remain viable 3–6 months. Avoid direct sunlight, freezing, and repeated temperature swings.
