International Orders

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At Spore Genetics, we’re proud to provide high-quality microscopy supplies to researchers around the world. We take great care to ensure each package is securely sealed and prepared to withstand international transit conditions.
All international orders are discreetly packaged for your privacy and protection. Our packages contain no markings, labels, or references to mushrooms, mushroom spores, or their contents on the outside of the box or envelope.
However, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether their country and local postal system will accept the shipment. Some international postal networks can experience delays or have restrictions beyond our control.
Spore Genetics cannot be held liable for packages that are delayed, rejected, or returned due to customs or local postal issues. If a package is returned to us, customers have two options:
1. Reship the order by paying for the shipping cost again, or
2. Request a refund, which will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.
In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit and not returned, we review claims individually and may issue store credit at our discretion.
