Burma Spore Syringe – 10cc | Spore Genetics
Fast-colonizing Southeast Asian landrace cubensis
The Burma Spore Syringe represents one of the most well-documented Psilocybe cubensis landraces from Southeast Asia. This Psilocybe cubensis strain originates from Myanmar (formerly Burma), collected from buffalo dung in a rice paddy outside Yangon (Rangoon). The cubensis mushroom sample was later shared with the West by John W. Allen, a noted ethnomycologist credited with introducing several cubensis varieties to the global psychedelic mushroom community.
Known for its fast colonization speed, resilience, and robust spore production, Burma Psilocybe cubensis has become a staple among collectors. Its mushrooms are characterized by golden-brown caps, tall white stems, and large, meaty fruits, making it visually distinctive under the microscope. Reports from the mushroom heads highlight this strain’s stability, vigor, and higher-than-average potency, cementing its reputation worldwide.
