The Hillbilly Spore Syringe brings one of the most resilient Psilocybe cubensis strains to your lab. First sourced in the hills of Arkansas during the 1990s by a Mycotopia community member, Hillbilly has since become a classic cubensis strain among researchers for its adaptability, vigor, and cultural legacy. Hillbilly's reputation was further solidified in 2022, when this magic mushroom won recognition at the Psilocybin Cup, securing its place as a proven cubensis strain of interest in modern mycology.

Each syringe contains 10cc of high-density Hillbilly spores, prepared in our ISO-7 cleanroom to ensure sterility and long-term viability. Under the microscope, Hillbilly spores originate from robust mushrooms with light brown to orange caps, thick nearly solid stems, dark gills, and purple spore prints. Its rhizomorphic mycelium often throws strong ropes across substrates, a hallmark of its aggressive colonization.
