Panaeolus Cyanescens Estero Isolated Spore Syringe – Refined Pan Cyan Spores for Microscopy
The Panaeolus Cyanescens Estero Isolated Spore 10CC Syringe delivers single-phenotype spores from one of the most potent tropical Pan Cyan strains found in Estero, Florida. This isolated variety has been refined for genetic consistency—ideal for researchers looking to study defined spore morphology and uniform characteristics within Panaeolus Cyanescens.
Known for its slender white stems, mottled dark gills, pale tan to grey caps, and deep cyan-blue bruising, this Estero variety is genetically distinct from other Florida Pan Cyans. Spores are jet black and highly visible under magnification, making them excellent for microscopy and taxonomy.
Each syringe is filled under sterile conditions in a clean room using Bonsai Filtration flow hoods, then sealed in a BD Luer-Lok syringe for secure, contamination-free research.

Robust Growth and Incredible Yields
I found growing the Estero variety to be even more straightforward than Cubensis, and the results were truly amazing. For my setup, I used 1 quart of millet spawn to inoculate 2.5 liters of a custom substrate mix (40% pasteurized Black Kow manure, 30% coir, 20% vermiculite, and 10% finely chopped straw, supplemented with a generous amount of gypsum). I initially kept the substrate in a grow bag until it was nearly fully colonized before birthing it into a mostly automated monotub. Following standard requirements for this species, I applied a peat moss and vermiculite casing layer. Once the Fresh Air Exchange (FAE) was dialed in, the performance exceeded all expectations. The block produced a staggering 11 flushes; while some of the later flushes were smaller, the mycelium simply refused to quit as long as conditions were maintained. In total, I harvested 28.1 grams dry. Given the high potency of Pan Cyans, this yield is qualitatively equivalent to roughly 80–100 grams of dry Cubensis. Highly recommended for those ready to move beyond basic species.
