From AI's Brilliance to Increased Isolation, Want To Feel Human Again?

Times are changing. Fast. If you ask me, change can be a wonderful thing we experience. If everything always stayed the same then there would be no room for any excitement. Within change, this can also provoke fear and all the “what if?” questions. Our brains are supposed to question things and wonder what life can bring.
AI absolutely has its beneficial spots in society and this is the path we are evolving into. It can help us with our workload, teach us something about a topic, or simply by asking personal questions to see where the AI’s “brain” goes. But just like with the early stages of computers, social media, and phones, there has been a steady decrease in human connection and anxiety revolving around people.
You have to ask yourself, do I feel as though my human connection has gone down with these evolving times? The answer is almost always yes. Even to our grandparents who obsessively watch TV but swear up and down they can’t stand technology. It has come into our lives full force and there’s no stopping it. With that being said, there’s pros and cons to everything.
Processing these changes can be a handful for many. But what exactly has been a constant in our generations? Psychedelics. These wonderful gifts have opened our hearts & eyes for centuries, our ancestors are urging us to come back to ourselves because to understand one’s self spills love into understanding others.
Psychedelics and Self
Psychedelic mushrooms alongside many other natural psychedelics have been here much longer than we have. Our ancestors realized the power of psychedelics within their rituals, no matter the religion or region. This has helped many people over the centuries by becoming more connected to themselves and others. How can psychedelics help us in our own brains? There are many physical and mental ailments that are helped by the power of psychedelics. What mental/physical illnesses can psychedelics help with?
Mental Illnesses That Psychedelics Can Help -
· Substance Abuse Disorders
· PTSD
· Anxiety
· Major Depressive Disorder & Many Others
Physical Illnesses That Psychedelics Can Help -
· Headaches & Migraines
· Fibromyalgia
· Bone & Muscle Ailments
· Sight & Many Others
So just imagine, with taking psychedelics amongst practicing other healing coping mechanisms you can start to feel like yourself again. With connecting back to yourself, this creates pathways to connecting to others. When you aren’t radiating at a lower level, you can then help change the world that’s around you. I know that seems like a big statement but it is possible.

Psychedelics and Human Connection
We’ve all heard of the term “ego death” and how psychedelics can help dissolve one’s ego. That is one huge thing that can occur, but there’s so much more going on within our brains pathways.
There is an increased level of empathy that comes to the forefront when taking psychedelics. Remember that anxiety ailment I mentioned earlier in the blog? The fear aspect basically goes away. Not quite like how when you drink alcohol and it completely takes away all inhibitions, it’s a different kind of fear buster. You become less weary of being social and realize we are all just humans trying to make it in this world.
With increased empathy and fear getting blown out of the waters, psychedelics are going to help us as humans as we evolve with AI.
Technology has already decreased our togetherness. Again, I’m pro-technology and I believe it does have its positives for our lives but I also feel saddened knowing technology also takes away from us within our connection.
Weird to say since phones allow us to call/text loved ones in other states or even countries. Our cameras on the phones allow us to video chat with loved ones or capture pictures of the memories we’re creating right at our fingertips. Social media allows you to look up friends from your past that you might want to talk to again. So how does advancing technology pull away from togetherness? In many ways.
One thing I’ve noticed mostly within the newest generation is decreased eye contact.
Not many people from all ages just give a warm handshake and say “Nice to meet you” or pay someone a compliment randomly nowadays.
You ever wonder why some of our grandparents were super well known and would take forever running errands because they knew everyone and wanted to catch up? Well it’s because they relied on legitimate human connection and getting to know people. You never know when someone might need your help or you may need help yourself. That is why human interaction CANNOT decrease any farther.
Even though I’m not directly telling anyone to go and dose themselves with a bunch of psychedelics because legally I can’t tell you that, please know that whatever generation you come from we can make the change. AI moves fast, but we move faster with the literal vibrations that we bring to this universe.
Be part of the raising vibrations. Feel the pain of awakening. Feel through your feelings, they matter. Process and take deep breaths. Take time to put the electronics down and hang out with a loved one. Put the phone away when going to new events, meet new people. Shake another person’s hand. We’ve got this you guys. May you all stay blessed during these crazy times.
