Had a little problem with shipping, emailed support, I believe was 2-4 hrs and received response that the shipper(usps) must not have scanned package and that was to be in mailbox that day and it was!!Fast shipping, excellent customer service, excellent specimen, all ready have mycelium growing, i did have one more problem with the deal buy 2 get 1 which again customer service quickly resolved and shipped out! This business is a pleasure to work with and has my business from now on!
