The products came promptly and quickly website was easily navigated and well laid out detailed instructions were provided easily manageable great shipping discreet perfect for gifts and the products worked amazing I highly recommend the only issue I had was one of the syringes came with a large ball clumped up inside and I was not able to break it up but I still have it haven't used yet don't know what to do with it but I'm sure it will work the other ones worked fantastically research grade indeed and I do wish I could have been able to pick out my own but I am happy with the ones I received
